This policy applies to all suppliers and their representatives whose SPDI is collected and processed by Sumosave Retail Ventures P.Ltd

We collect SPDI from our suppliers to fulfill our contractual obligations, improve our services, and comply with legal requirements. SPDI may include, but is not limited to, financial information, identification documents, and contact details.

4. Consent for Collection and Processing

(A) Procuring Consent

Prior to collecting any SPDI, we will obtain explicit written consent from the supplier in any form example over email etc.

(B) Right to Retract Consent

Individuals whose SPDI is collected have the right to retract their consent at any time. To retract consent, individuals must submit a written request to contactus@sumosave.in Upon receiving a retraction request, we will cease further processing of the individual's SPDI and will securely delete the data unless retention is required by law.

5. Use of SPDI

SPDI will be used solely for the purposes outlined in the consent form, including:

• Fulfilling contractual obligations
• Communicating with suppliers
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

6. Data Retention

SPDI will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.

Suppliers and individuals whose SPDI we hold have the right to access their data and request corrections for any inaccuracies. Requests should be submitted in writing to contactus@sumosave.in
