Key Responsibilities:
- Has strict control of optimum stocks on floor.
- Maintains hygienic conditions for shoppers at all times.
- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
- Ensures all POP and price point displays are updated and up before store opens for the day.
- Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Promotes optimum staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service requirements and conveys the same up the chain.
- Ensures availability of merchandise and services at all times.
- Ensures merchandise is secure at all times.
- Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Does regular floor walks throughout the day.
- Leads operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program procedures.
- Overall responsibility of P&L for the Store.

Education Requirements and Experience Preferences
- Graduate for SM & High school / Diploma for ASM
- Minimum of 4-5 years of retail management experience for SM & 2-3yrs for ASM
